‘Mortal World 2’ actors at IUE

Sarp Apak and Ahmet Mümtaz Taylan, the actors of the film ‘Ölümlü Dünya 2’ (Mortal World 2), which has garnered significant attention from film enthusiasts since the day it was first released, met with university students in Izmir. The talk, organized by Izmir University of Economics (IUE) Vocational School Radio and Television Programming program, with the support of Izmir Cinema Office Coordinator Gülen Gözkara Saygı, was open to all university students in the city. The renowned figures who participated in the talk answered questions of the youth about cinema and acting. Sharing humorous anecdotes about unforgettable moments in their careers and addressing inquiries about the film ‘Ölümlü Dünya 2’ (Mortal World 2), Taylan and Apak made the day memorable for the participants. The experienced actors also shared advice with the youth about setting the right career goals.

Gülen Gözkara Saygı and Batıgün Sarıkaya moderated the talk, held in IUE Conference Hall, with a significant turnout of students. Expressed their happiness at hosting the two famous actors on campus, Emre Küheylan, the Director of the IEU Vocational School, thanked Sarp Apak and Ahmet Mümtaz Taylan for their participation.

They provided students with a unique and delightful day as guests at our University before the Izmir premiere of the film. Students from other universities in Izmir also attended the event. It was not only an unforgettable experience for our students but also for us. As the Vocational School, we will continue to host famous figures from various industries on our campus throughout the year.”
